JeffNet is the Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court’s secure online records system, providing 24/7 access to property, civil, criminal, and other public records — along with e-filing and e-recording services for registered subscribers.

Need one-time access? Purchase a 24-hour pass for $5.00 with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. You’ll have full access to all online records and images for 24 hours.

- Certified copies — court records: $0.75 per page + $5.00 certification fee
- Certified copies — mortgage records: $0.75 per page + $10.00 certification fee
- E-filing available for 24th JDC, First Parish Court, and Second Parish Court (civil and criminal only)
E-recording (filing into the Mortgage & Conveyance office) is not available with a 24-hour account.

Monthly Subscription — $50.00/month per user ID
A monthly subscription provides full access to all JeffNet records and services, including e-filing and e-recording.

- Credit card transaction fee: 2.75% per transaction
- E-filing: 24th JDC, First Parish Court, and Second Parish Court (civil and criminal)
- E-recording: available to all monthly subscribers — not restricted to registered attorneys
Credit card is the preferred payment method. Subscribers are assigned an advance deposit (typically $100). The $50 base fee is charged on the first of each month; when the account balance falls below 20% of the advance deposit, the card on file is charged to replenish it.

Paying by Check or Money Order
We also accept checks and money orders for subscribers who cannot pay by credit card. An advance deposit is required.

- Complete the form and provide an authorized signature
- Mail the signed form with your check or money order payable to the Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court at the address listed on the form

Juvenile Court Records
Pursuant to Louisiana law, Juvenile Court records are not available for public examination and are not accessible through JeffNet. To e-file juvenile court documents, email PDF files to efilejuv@jeffparishclerk.gov.
Privacy & Payment Policies
Merchant Privacy Statement
The Clerk of Court collects certain personal information — including name, address, email, and telephone number — solely in connection with JeffNet account registration and use. This information is used only to administer your account and contact you regarding account questions or concerns.
Payment processing is handled by our fiscal intermediary. The Clerk’s Office does not have access to or store credit card or other financial information. All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and protected offline. Access to personally identifiable information is limited to employees who require it to perform a specific job function.
We are the sole owners of information collected on this site. We will not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party outside our organization.
Return & Refund Policy
The monthly JeffNet subscription fee is charged on the first day of each month and renews automatically. If you cancel after the 1st, your subscription terminates immediately and no further charges will be made. No refund is issued for the partial month.
Document copies and certified copies purchased through JeffNet are delivered immediately as PDFs and are non-refundable.
Court costs and recording costs associated with e-filing and e-recording are set by statute and are also non-refundable.
