As per ACT No. 352, HOUSE BILL NO. 310 of the 2025 Regular Session, starting January 1st, 2026 fax filings will no longer be accepted. Beginning January 1, 2026, all filings as provided in this Article and all other provisions of this Code filed by an attorney shall only be filed in person in paper form or transmitted electronically in accordance with a system established by a clerk of court or by the Louisiana Clerks’ Remote Access Authority.
